Vietnam International Book Fair - Exhibition IV – 2012 is held every 2 years by the Ministry of Information & Communication and becomes even more meaningful when this year it was held on the very occasion of the 60-year Celebration of Vietnam Book Publishing-Printing-Issuing Industry (1952-2012). This event attracts many publishers; printing firms; book publishing companies in the country and abroad; publishing associations in Asia-Pacific, South East Asia, Poland, Cuba, China, and the NLV to join and exhibit. Vietnam International Book Fair - Exhibition IV – 2012 is divided into 2 areas:
- Central area: The NLV’s display on the achievements of 60 years of Vietnam International Book Fair - Exhibition IV – 2012 and the objects of the industry.
- Exhibition area: 160 booths of exhibitors in the Fair - Exhibition.
The exhibition is opened to develop the reading culture, contribute to create and build learning and developing society. This time, the exhibition displays, introduces and sell hundreds of publications and cultural materials, in which there are more than 30 million copies in various fields of publishers in the country and abroad, they are selected and verified by the leading experts on the publishing field. Besides, this is a place to introduce IT’s products for all ages; educating devices for teaching, learning and developing thinking ability…
Besides main activities, the Vietnam International Book Fair - Exhibition IV – 2012 also organized many other activities such as: Workshop, Counseling, Copyrights trading, Investment Forum, and Exchanges between authors and readers…
The exhibition takes place from 17th to 21st September 2012 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, 148 Giảng Võ – Ba Đình - Hà Nội.
