To disseminate the spirit and content of the Constitution to all officers and employees of the institution, in the afternoon of the 26th June 2014, NLV held a workshop to disseminate the Constitution 2013 presented by Dr. Hoang Minh Thai – Director General of the Legal Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

At the meeting, Dr. Hoang Minh Thai introduced the need to make amendments on the Constitution 1992; purposes, requirements, modified process, scopes of the Constitution and basic content of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 2013.
The 13th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam at its 6th session adopted the Constitution 2013. The Constitution is divided into 11 chapters with 120 articles, one chapter and 27 articles fewer than the Constitution 1992, provision on political regimes, human rights, basic rights and duties of citizens etc. with reasonable layout, presentation techniques to ensure correct level ofbasic law, the long-term stability.

The Constitution 2013 has inherited tremendous value of the Constitution of 1946, 1959, 1980, 1992, there are many new features in both content and technical constitutional, expressedprofound renewal process synchronization, comprehensive country, and reflected more fully the nature of democracy, the State's progress in the period of transition to socialism; building a legal national governmental authority of the people, by the people and for the people, by the Party leadership.
The workshop enabled NLV’s officers and employees understand the regulations, the new points of the Constitution, contributing to improve the sense of respect, adhere and abide by the Constitution and the 2013 Constitution reallygoes into effect.
