Responding to unscheduled emulation plan “Vote for Ha Long Bay as a new natural wonder of the world” launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Vietnam (MoCST), the National Library of Vietnam (NLV) continues to implement the program to propagandize and mobilize library’s officials and staff voting for Ha Long Bay as New natural wonder of the world by two ways: voting directly through website http://www.new7wonders.com/ and sending mobile phone SMS message to phone switchboard (dial number 147), starting at 11:11am on October 11 and finishing at 11:11 am on November 11, 2011
This campaign is divided into two rounds: first round starts at 11:11am on October 11 and finishes at 11:11 am on October 14, 2011; 2nd round starts at 11:11am on October 14 and finishes at November 11, 2011
* The first round result: (starting at 11:11am on October 11 and finishing at 11:11 am on October 14, 2011), the NLV has achieved:
- 97% library’s officiasl and staff used mobile phone to send many repeated mobile phone SMS message (to phone switchboard number 147) voting for Ha Long Bay.
- 100% library’s officials and staff use email to vote for Ha Long Bay via internet.

Objectives:
- 100% library’s officials and staff use mobile phone to send mobile phone SMS message voting for Ha Long Bay (sending repeated messages via mobile phone).
- 100% library’s officials and staff use email to vote for Ha Long Bay via internet.
Methods of implementation:
- To continue inform to all divisions, mobilize all officials and staff to spend 1 minute everyday on sending an mobile phone SMS message to vote for Ha Long Bay.
- To encourage each official and staff to continue voting for Ha Long Bay by using personal email via internet.
- To encourage their families and friends voting for Ha Long Bay.
- To propagandize continously for Voting for Ha Long Bay’s activities on library’s officials meetings and monthly meetings of the Party cell and Party Committee
- To mobilize library’s readers voting for Ha Long Bay
