In the morning of 13th February 2012, Mr. David D.Arnold – President of the Asia Foundation from USA and his spouse visited and worked with National Library of Vietnam (NLV).
Country representative of the Asia Foundation office in Vietnam – Dr. Ninh Ngoc Bao Kim and Ms. Dinh Kieu Nhung – office manager accompanied Mr. David D. Arnold his visit.

At the meeting, Mr. David D. Arnold highly appreciated the effort, enthusiasm and efforts of leaders and staff National Library of Vietnam in recent years have contributed to successes of the Books for Asia program. He also expressed his hopes that in the coming years, with the support of the National Library of Vietnam, the Books for Asia program will continue getting efficiency and maximize social efficiency.
