L:  Most of your books are new ones. They are Vietnamese Economic books so you can find them at the Open stack on Social Science and Humanities. You must record the book’s index to find them.... And this one is a Doctoral thesis, you can read it at the Special Collections Reading Room but before that you have to buy some Request Tickets then fill out some information, your personal information and your material information. The Request Tickets must be set on the circulation desk. Librarians will check the tickets and give you the books for a 20 minutes later.

R: Thank you very much, Can I buy some Request Tickets here?

L: Certainly, sir. It’s five hundred Vnd per ten tickets.

R: Thank you.

R: Sorry sir, is that one ticket for two books?

L: Oh no, just one book. You must fill in all required information in two times.

R: Well, I see

L: It is a little bit complicated work and remember to fill in the date and sign your name.

R: Thank you sir!

L: Have a nice day! I am be here to help you.

 

2. At the requested reading room

R: - I am wondering that you have my book, don’t you?

L: - Uh... hum, have you let your request-ticket here?

R: - Yes, I have

L: - And what time did you finish it?

R: - About 2 hours ago

L: - And what’s your name, please?

R: - My name’s Linh

L: - Linh, Let’s me check the book for you. Ok, you have 2 books, don’t you?

R: - Yes, those are them

L: - Here you are

R: - Thank you

L: - You are well come!
