On 24 October 201, National Library of Vietnam (NLV) starts the "training course on computer network management, troubleshoot solutions and exploiting information resources".
Presence at the opening ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh- Director General of Emulation and Award Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam (MoCST); Mr.Phung Minh Cuong – Deputy Director General of Personnel Department, MoCST; Mrs. Vu Duong Thuy Nga - Deputy Director General of Personnel Department, MoCST; Mrs. Phan Thi Kim Dzung, Director, National Library of Vietnam; Deputy Directors and Head of the Divisions of NLV and over 50 representatives from city/provincial libraries over the country.

The training course aims to equip participants with network management skills, Windows Server 2003 installation, TCP/IP introduction, DNS, DHCP, service configuration, user account creation, resources sharing on the network, local and domain security, wireless network and LAN design and management, overcoming common problems and introducing information resources.
The trainning courses will end at 28th October 2011.
